Return/Exchange Authorization Instructions

• Contact us to request an RMA number before sending package
• All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
• All returns must be in new/unused condition and in original packaging with tags attached.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for stockings, wigs, panties or thongs.
• There is a 10% restocking fee charged on all shoes, boots and costumes.
• Refunds are issued to the same method that was used for the original payment, usually within 5 days of our receiving the item.
• If the problem was due to our mistake or a defect, we will provide a pre-paid UPS shipping label. As soon the item is received, we will send you the replacement at no additional charge. If you need the replacement item sooner, call us to arrange for advance shipment.

Return Shipping

• We are not responsible for items lost during transit. We recommend you obtain delivery confirmation or tracking on the return shipment.
• It is recommended that you include a copy of the invoice or order  inside the package.
• With shoes and boots, do not place tape or labels directly onto the shoe-box. Always wrap in plastic or double box.
