Items will be accepted if returned within 30 days of purchase with tags still attached, unless noted otherwise below. No refunds on shipping & handling charges, except in the cases of defective items or our mistake. Return & Exchanges on All Items Except Those Listed Separately Below: 1.) It is recommended that you include a copy of the invoice inside the package. 4.) Please indicate whether you want an exchange or refund. If exchanging, please indicate the item and size you want in exchange. 5.) We recommend that you insure and/or obtain deliver confirmation on the return package. Lake Orion, MI 48360 Refunds are issued with 7 days of our receiving the item, through the same method that was used for the original payment. Stockings, Wigs, Panties & Thongs: No returns are accepted. Costumes:
All Halloween costumes must be returned prior to Halloween. There will be a 10% restocking fee for costumes, except in the case of defective merchandise or our mistake. Follow the general return instructions above. Shoes & Boots: If the problem was due to our mistake or a defect, we will provide a pre-paid UPS shipping label. As soon the item is received, we will send you the replacement at no additional charge. If you need the replacement item sooner, call us to arrange for advance shipment. With advance shipment we will need you to purchase the second pair of shoes/boots. We will then issue a full refund on the 1st pair as soon as the defective ones are received at our warehouse. If the return is not due to a defect or faulty shipment, there is a 10% restocking fee. You must first call or email us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number as described above. We will then provide you with the RA number. Always insure your package, as we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. All shoes or boots must be returned in new/unused condition, and all original packaging must be included, in suitable condition for resale. Please do not stick tape directly onto the shoe-box when returning. Refunds are issued within 7 days of our receiving the shoes/boots, minus the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee.
